Pi Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy

Your chapter’s officer listing must be updated via Chapter Gateway by December 1, 2024. The deadline to pay for Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers is December 10, 2024. All payments made after this date will be considered late, and an additional fee of $100 will be due.
All officers attending Pi Kapp College are required to complete their modules by January 1, 2025. Those who have not done so will not be allowed to check in until they are completed.
Secretary and historian need to complete their modules by January 31, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine and possible removal from office.

If a substitution is absolutely necessary, substitutes will be accepted after consultation with your director of chapter services on the appropriate member to send in place of the officer. That member will be responsible for passing the information and training received to the elected officer.
Officer rosters must be submitted by December 1. Substitutions will be accepted through December 13. Once this deadline has passed, a late fee will be assessed per substitute.
