Lodging in residence halls on campus will be provided. Linens and towels will also be provided for all attendees. Every delegate must stay on-site, even if your chapter is local to the area.
Thanks to the generosity of the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation, there is no cost to attend the event. Your chapter will be responsible for only the cost of your travel to and from Charlotte, including travel between the airport and the event location at UNC-Charlotte.
