PI Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy 2025

Pi Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, from June 5 to 8. This leadership opportunity will provide treasurers with critical training and updates for their role, allowing them to set their chapter up for financial and operational success.

At Pi Kapp College: Treasurers’ Academy, treasures will:

• Protect their chapter from financial risks and avoid costly mistakes to ensure their chapter stays in good standing with the IRS and Pi Kappa Phi. 
• Improve member accountability by learning strategies to collect overdue dues, implement structured payment plans and keep members financially responsible.
• Master budgeting and financial planning through advanced skills that will teach you how to create a strong budget, manage cash flow and forecast revenue.
• Learn how to relate their current role to real-world skills.
• Meet the National Council and tour the Kelley A. Bergstrom Leadership Center of Pi Kappa Phi, including our new museum.
• Experience a night out in Charlotte at a Charlotte Knights baseball game.

Treasurers will leave with actionable strategies, key resources and a clear plan to strengthen their chapter’s financial health while gaining professional experience that sets them apart after graduation.

All treasurers are expected to attend. Failure to attend will result in a $100 fine plus $450 in damages. Chapters whose treasurer does not attend will also lose eligibility for the insurance rebate and be charged to a hearing committee to assign additional sanctions.
